Kids Valentines

This year, I went simple with the kids Valentines and they had so much fun creating these fun little hearts for their friends...We just used the BIGZ Card Petal Die, cut off two of the bottom tabs and were left with these perfect little hearts to decorate.

I found these Valentine stamps in a $1 bin and thought they'd be perfect this year. Of course, candy was a must for my kids, so Nerd 'rocks' for the boys and 'sticky' Fruit Roll Ups for the girls. We just adhered the candy to the backs.

The little sour cream containers were for all of the teachers, which we filled with candy conversation hearts.

Pencil Treats

Not knowing if the schools in Rhode Island allow sugary treats, I picked up some pencils for my kiddos to give out to their friends on Monday. While they stuffed these handy little cellophane bags from SU! I cut the tops and stamped the images they had picked out. For the little witch skirts, Adelaide and I snagged the back of a crafty magazine cut it into strips and then scallop edged the bottom before hand cutting the triangle shapes. Addie glued them on and then wrote her name on the back. She's recently become enamored with the whole "Trick or Treat, smell my feet" ditty, which she learned from school. So, we thought it only appropriate for the ones with feet to say just that!

Pre K Graduation

Can't believe my baby girl graduated Pre School this year. Her teacher asked that I make little brag books for her class, so we could put photos of the kids throughout the year in them, the kids LOVED looking at their very own personalized photo albums, which is always a great reward after putting time into projects like these.
